Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed only after you have made the required payment and received a confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a booking if unforeseen circumstances arise, in which case a full refund will be provided.

PAYMENT TERMS:

In consideration for the services provided by the Service Provider, the Client agrees to pay a non-refundable retainer fee equal to 25% of the total cost due at the time of signing this Agreement to reserve the event date. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days prior to the event. If booking is less than 14 days from today's date, total balance is due to reserve the event date. Failure to pay the balance by this date {{event_final_due_date}} may result in cancellation of services, and the retainer will be forfeited. 

Events booked within 24–72 hours of the event date are subject to a rush service fee of $25.00. This fee covers expedited preparation, priority scheduling, last-minute staffing coordination, and custom design turnaround to ensure your event experience is executed seamlessly.
